ABUNDANT GRACE IN CHRIST

“For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men.”
Romans 10:13
Main Text: Main Text: Acts 11:23

Since Jesus came into the world to take the place of humanity as our perfect Substitute, there had been no want of grace in the world. Grace is always in abundance in Christ, for of Jesus’ fullness have we all received, grace for grace (John 1:16). The challenge has always been people’s ignorance of how to connect to the grace of God. Grace is always available. For example, the grace of God for salvation has been made available to all. Titus 2:11 tells us that the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men; however, that grace doesn’t just jump on people.

The Bible shows us how to connect with that grace. Romans 10:13 says “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved”. That’s the scriptural way to connect with the grace of salvation. For example, people could be in a particular locality, unsaved, wallowing and dying in sin; but when a preacher brings the Word of God to them, and they believe it, they are immediately connected to the grace of God for salvation, and are saved. Without the preacher coming to them with the Word of God, they would remain in spiritual darkness; cut off from the supply of grace.

Romans 10:9-10 tells us that confessing Jesus as Lord and believing that God raised Him from the dead, brings salvation. There is no want of grace in Christ, there is only ignorance of how to connect to it. This is the reason why we must desire the light of the Word to be able to connect vitally to the grace of God. For whatever grace you desire in Christ, get the Word that will connect you to it. In the Name of Jesus, I declare that I walk in the abundance of all grace in Christ Jesus. I declare God’s grace is sufficient for me in everything, and I walk in the light of the Word daily. Amen.

Prayer:

I declare the evident grace of God over my life in Jesus name.
