UNION WITH CHRIST

“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.”
Galatians 2:20
Main Text: Main Text: Romans 8:9-11

The profound truth that we are created in God's image. This divine imprint signifies more than a mere physical resemblance; it speaks to the spiritual essence of our being. We are designed for fellowship and communion with God, entering into a covenant relationship marked by trust in His promises and obedience to His commands. In this sacred union, we discover the fullness of love, both given and received.

This redemptive narrative unfolds through the ages, culminating in the person of Jesus Christ. As the Savior, Christ's sacrificial work becomes the cornerstone of reconciliation. Through His life, death, and resurrection, the broken fellowship is mended, and the path to perfect communion is revealed.

It is through the Holy Spirit that this spiritual reality is brought to life in the individual believer. The Spirit's regenerative power is not a distant or detached process but a personal and intimate work within the hearts of the elect. In the divine economy, the Holy Spirit unites the believer to Christ, initiating a radical transformation from spiritual death to spiritual life.

Confession:

Precious Father, I thank you for giving me eternal life and bringing me into a vital union with you! I rejoice that I’m one spirit with you, and thus an associate of the God-kind. I walk in divine health, prosperity, success and victory, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Philippians 3:12-14 “Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.”
