IN WHOM WE HAVE REDEMPTION
“He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, 14 in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.”
Col 1:13-14 (NKJV)
Main Text: Main Text: Ephesians 1:7
Most believers are afraid to say that they are in Christ and are afraid to act out their position in Christ as truth. Abba Father, through the Apostle Paul declared that we are in Christ. The Word of God is final authority, and if the Word says you are in Christ, don’t let your fickle mind tell you otherwise. When God sees you, He sees you in Christ and Christ in you. Sadly, a large number of Christians seek to obtain what love has already given them. It’s imperative we know what we are and what we have in Him.
We were redeemed from the dominion of Satan, and when Christ rose from the dead, it was as though He presented His blood before the Supreme Court of heaven and it was accepted and superseded the authority of the devil upon the lives of the believers. Our redemption is settled, this is why the devil doesn’t have any power upon the New Testament Christian who is aware and knows his rights in Christ.
As the redeemed of the Lord, Satan can’t kill you, in Christ you have life, redemption bore you life. It’s paramount that we know our life is hid with Christ in God (Col 3:3) No sickness and tantrums of the devil can subdue you. When Christ accepted carried His blood into the holy of Holies, the supreme court of the universe accepted it and redemption was complete. You’re the redeemed of the Lord! The righteousness of God in Christ, holy and sanctified towards God, walk boldly into your position in Christ!
Confession:
I am the redeemed of the Lord, therefore, whatever I say is so, I am blessed, I am redeemed to God as a king on the earth therefore I rule and reign in the affairs of life. I am above only and not beneath, I am the head and not the tail, I am the wisdom of God and have the mind of Christ. I am blessed of the Lord.
