THE REALITY OF HEAVEN AND HELL

Ever notice in a funeral the faces of people present, especially the unbelievers? Look closely into the eyes of those standing around the open casket and you’ll see the questions bugling their minds – questions like; where are they now? What happens after death? Does heaven and hell actually exist? Regardless of how educated a man might be, when faced with the awesome reality of death the earthliest minded person stops and ponders about the afterlife.

The truth about heaven and hell is a powerful thing. It will liberate you and give you a peace that you cannot comprehend. John 8:32 “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” Acknowledging the existence of heaven and hell isn’t enough, you must capture the reality in your heart once you do that, it will change your perspective towards life, the way you live, your culture, and your mental prowess.

It’s impossible to be heaven-minded and be full of lust or unforgiveness, you can’t be heaven-minded and be a gossiper, a liar, a cheater. There’s no doubt about it, you need a reality of heaven and you can’t get a true revelation without also seeing the awful reality of hell.

Prayer:

Father in the name of Jesus, I receive a revelation of your Word – I desire to be heaven-minded, help me walk in Your precepts.
