THE WISDOM OF GOD
“To the person who pleases him, God gives wisdom, knowledge and happiness, but to the sinner he gives the task of gathering and storing up wealth to hand it over to the one who pleases God. This too is meaningless, a chasing after the wind.”
Ecclesiastes 2:26
Main Text: Main text: 1 Corinthians 1:25
All that God deemed important, can be found in His Word, therefore, until we bury ourselves in the Word, we will not attain what God has in store for us. There’s a difference between earthly wisdom and the wisdom that comes from above (James 3:14-18) God’s wisdom has been made readily available to us, however, to get His wisdom, we must first desire it, then ask Him for it. James 1:5 “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.” God desires to endow you with His wisdom, scripture makes us realize He won’t find any fault in giving us His wisdom.
Psalm 111:10 says, "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do His commandments: his praise endureth forever." In other words, reverence for God is the beginning of wisdom. And we obey God's Word because we reverence Him. We honor Him and He in turn honors us. To Honor His Word is the beginning of wisdom, therefore, if you want God’s Wisdom, choose to honor His Word.
Every believer has the right to access the blessings of God. He does not give wisdom to some and not to others. He doesn’t withhold any good things from His people. If you desire the wisdom of God regarding any situation, then you can have it. God has already given a lot of wisdom in His Word begin to study His Word.
Confession:
I have the Wisdom of God now! God gives me His wisdom without finding fault in me! I am blessed with wisdom from above, I am not ordinary, I walk in God’s wisdom. Hallelujah!
