EVERYWHERE JESUS WENT

Everywhere Jesus went, the power of God to heal was upon Him and He went about doing good and healing all those who were oppressed of the devil (Acts 10:38). Something worth noting however is, though the power to heal was always present with Him, it didn’t mean that every sick person He came in contact with got healed. Rather, it was those who acted their faith that received healing.

There are two great illustrations of this in the Bible which give credence to this. First is the story of the woman with the issue of blood. This woman, out of the multitude that were thronging the Master, made up her mind that her touch was not going to be just physical, but a touch of faith to draw something out of him. She was aware of the power in Him, and wasn’t ready to miss out of it (Mark 5:28). Another account is the story of the man who was taken with palsy in verses 18–21 of Luke 5. His friends also knew of this power, so they were determined not to stop at anything; even if it meant breaking through the roof. And the Bible records: “When He saw their faith, He said to him, “Man, your sins are forgiven you”” (Luke 5:20). Note that the Master responded when He “saw their faith.”

As a child of God, no sickness or disease can stand you! You carry the Greater One!
Your God is so big! Neither sickness nor disease can stand him! Diabetes is a name, cancer is a name, hiv is a name, they bowed to the name of Jesus! You possess the healing virtue of God! The cure to humanities problem resides inside you and it’s the Anointing! Christ in you the Hope of glory! You possess Christ! You’re an extension of the Christ! Limitless anointing! There’s nothing you cannot do, because God lives in you!

Confession

Dear heavenly Father, thank you for your Word assures me of divine health and a glorious life of victory in Christ Jesus. Virtue flows through every fibre of my being today, as I release my faith to the presence of the Spirit, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
