A RELIGION BUILT ON BLOOD

“If anyone is ashamed of me and my message in these adulterous and sinful days, the Son of Man will be ashamed of that”
Mark 8:38
Main Text: Philippians 1:21

Yes! Jesus died and rose again establishing the New Testament. However, many men and women laid down their lives for the gospel we so much enjoy today freely. Many died from persecution, some from sickness and diseases such as malaria, others from murder, nonetheless, they fought so hard to finish the race. We have everything at our disposal in this generation, therefore, history will be unkind to us if we do not reach the world for Jesus as our predecessors did.

Where’s the sacrificial love for the Lord and His gospel? If we are not willing to sacrifice time, money, pleasure, fame and our comfort zone, the church is not going to expand. Most who crossed the Atlantic to our region Africa came at the cost of their lives, comfort, families and well withal. These men and women came knowing that their predecessors had died or had been captured and killed. We may accuse the white man for slave trade and it’s havoc, however, they brought the gospel to us in Africa asides the Ethiopian Eunuch. They lived among strange people all got the love of Christ.

Soul winning and discipleship must become the main task of TFHC. We must win souls and follow them up. It is time for all men and women to hear about Jesus.

Prayer

I dedicate myself to the publishing of the gospel, no matter the cost, I win souls for the Lord, in Jesus name. Amen.
