WHY JESUS?

“The saying is sure and true and worthy of full and universal acceptance, that Christ Jesus (the Messiah) came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am foremost.”
1 Timothy 1:15 (AMP)
Main Text:

This is one of the most asked questions in the world today. Some think of Jesus as a fire escape – a way to escape hell, death and the grave. However, Jesus is much more than that, none of the rubies in the world can be compared to him. Some others think of Jesus as some holy scholar who is one of the ways to God, however, scriptures debunk this John 14:6 "I am the way, the truth, and the life!" Jesus answered. "Without me, no one can go to the Father.”

Jesus is the reason for creation to exist at all. Even before the foundation of the world God the Father planned that heaven and earth should be united in Jesus Christ, so he could give us all the blessings of heaven through him (Ephesians 1,1-10).

Jesus died for the whole world none of the other gods or prophets compare to Him. Jesus is exactly the same way He was in the beginning of time, Heb 13:8 (CEV) “Jesus Christ never changes! He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.” Jesus came to earth and died the worst kind of death anyone could die in His time, just so you can have a perfect relationship with God! Isn’t that worth following Him? Jesus loves you! Jesus is worth it all!

Confession: I pledge allegiance to the Lamb, I pledge allegiance to Jesus, I am committed to the Word of God this New Year, my steps are ordered by the Lord! Praise the Lord!

Further Reading: Col 1:16 (AMP) “For it was in Him that all things were created, in heaven and on earth, things seen and things unseen, whether thrones, dominions, rulers, or authorities; all things were created and exist through Him [by His service, intervention] and in and for Him.”

Phil 2:9-11 (KJV) “Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”
