HIS LOVE IS FOR ALL

Greater love hath no man than this that a man lay down his life for his friends.
John 15:13
Main Text:

God is often described as our Heavenly Father. For those of us who had loving fathers growing up, seeing God as a loving dad is an easy way to comprehend His love for us. But that doesn’t tell the whole story. God doesn’t just love us; He is love. As I read the Bible, I find love to be the supreme and dominant attribute of God. The promises of God’s love and forgiveness are as real, as sure, as positive, as human words can make them. The truth of nature is that the beauty of the ocean cannot be fully appreciated until it is seen, and it is the same with God’s love. Until you actually experience it, until you actually feel it, you can’t describe its wonders to you.

We have a great High Priest who constantly intercedes on our behalf. The Son of God loves you more deeply than you can fathom.

Love is so deep and very far from what mortal lips could ever explain. The reason for the love of God towards us is still a major puzzle and known only to the Almighty. In His own way, He has chosen to make us His own people and friends despite our sins and the filthiness of our hearts and minds. We need to constantly praise God for all He did in releasing His only begotten son to die shamefully just to redeem us from sin, poverty and eternal sorrow in hell. God did several marvelous works to prove His love for humanity and to ensure that His own handiwork remains intact and incorruptible till the close of the ages. The Bible says: By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another. John 13:35 KJV

Prayer: Father, help not to love only in words but in all my deeds
