DIVINE LIFE - THE BLESSING 1

When He had stopped speaking, He said to Simon, “Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.”
Luke 5:4
Main Text:

Having established the fact that we have been endowed with the divine life the moment we receive Jesus into our lives, we also need to establish one of its benefits in our life. The scripture says "Bless the Lord oh my soul, and forget not His benefits" Psalm 103:2.

The carrier of the divine life should never be poor, sick or weak. You are strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. The right there is the blessing for living a divine life.

“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.  And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.  And God said, Let there be light: and there was light."  Genesis 1:1-3

The Hebrew Bible translates this as "And God said, light be and light was".

Now we have been introduced to how God creates, He commands, He declares, He decrees, therefore you must also walk in this direction.

This light was not the familiar element, the Sun light, the sun and moon were created on day 4. Therefore, what light was that? This was the light of His glory, the light of His expression, the light that created all material matters. Nothing was in existence until God made the statement "Light be".

This light comes into our life the moment we receive Jesus and it produces the blessing.

God said "Light be" and it came into fruition. In the same vein, you must also command whatever it is you desire in your life. There must be an aspect of speaking the part of declaring what you want. This is what no one can do for you.

The Lord Jesus instructed Peter in the book of Luke above to launch out into the deep. Jesus did not do it for Peter and having obeyed, the result was marvelous.

Prayer: Let there be manifestation of your blessings in my life O Lord
