BE ZEALOUS UNTO GOOD WORKS 2

Who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto Himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
Titus 2:14
Main Text:

God wants us to be zealous for good works. We are His workmanship, recreated in Christ Jesus for good works, Eph.2:10 (AMP). Jesus gave Himself to redeem us from all iniquity and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous for good works, Titus 2:14.

Good works are the expressions and manifestations of God’s life in us and they bring glory to God and they attract God’s rewards into our lives, Rev.22:12.

God wants us to be zealous to repent. He wants us to be quick to receive His mercy and turn away from sin if we fall, 1John 2:1. He wants us to respond promptly to His word whenever He corrects and chastises us. In Rev. 3:19 (NKJV) Jesus said, as many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous to serve in His vineyard.

Are you a true representative of the Lord in your family, place of work, community and nation? The Lord needs men who are ready to utilize the grace they have received to make disciples of all nations. Spend and be spent for the redemption of others and be a channel of blessing to all and sundry.  We shall not be here forever. We have a home loaded with rewards for every faithful servant. Would it be said that you were faithful in all that God has committed into your hands and with the level of divine blessings you have received? Check your spiritual state and take bold steps towards accomplishing the work of the Lord. Don’t speak, preach or correct errors to prove that you are knowledgeable; do so to help build up the faith of others. Do so with boldness but also with humility and love.

You will not faint in Jesus mighty name.

Prayer: Lord Jesus Christ, I receive the grace to live according to your word and to be a channel of eternal redemption to all in your name
