THE LOST COIN
“Either what woman having ten pieces of silver, if she lose one piece, doth not light a candle, and sweep the house, and seek diligently till she find it? And when she hath found it, she calleth her friends and her neighbours together, saying, Rejoice with me; for I have found the piece which I had lost. Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.”

There is no greater cause for celebration in heaven than the salvation of a soul! Imagine this: one simple act of sharing the gospel or leading someone to Christ brings immeasurable joy to heaven. Jesus likened soul winning to treasure hunting—a pursuit of something invaluable. When we bring a lost soul to the kingdom of God, it is like uncovering a treasure worth far more than gold or silver.
True prosperity in God’s eyes is tied to soul winning. A genuinely prosperous person is one whose heart beats for the kingdom of God. Jesus emphasized this when He said in Matthew 6:33, “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” This verse reminds us that our ultimate focus should be on advancing God’s kingdom, and everything else we need will follow as a result.
Our prosperity is not for selfish gain—such as acquiring properties or indulging in luxurious lifestyles. Instead, it is a means to reach the lost, to search for the "lost coin" and bring it into God’s kingdom. When we do this, we not only fulfill our purpose but also cause great rejoicing in heaven.
Just think: the heavens rejoicing because of you! What a profound and beautiful thought. Let this truth inspire you to prioritize soul winning, understanding that every effort to bring someone closer to Christ is a cause for heavenly celebration. Let’s use our prosperity, talents, and resources to glorify God by leading others to Him. There is no greater joy than knowing you are the reason heaven is celebrating today!

I declare, I am kingdom-minded and dedicated to the cause of Christ. I win souls and seek out the lost treasures of this world, bringing them into the family of God. Through my efforts, there is great rejoicing in heaven, and I fulfill my divine mandate with joy and purpose. Hallelujah!
