YOU NEED A HELPER OF DESTINY

“Now these are they that came to David to Ziklag, while he yet kept himself close because of Saul the son of Kish: and they were among the mighty men, helpers of the war.”
1 Chronicles 12:1
Main Text:

Do you agree with me that there are some things you cannot do alone and likewise so many battles of life you cannot win without the help of God and His saving grace? You must recognise and remember on a daily basis that the Lord is the one keeping and sustaining you. He’s your helper and the lifter of your head. If God had not been on your side, things wouldn’t have worked out well at all. The Psalmist says: “The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.Psalm 121:5. God is the only present help in time of trouble. He does help you by sending men and women whom he has ordained to fight on your behalf and to defend your cause. God has His special arrangement for your destiny. At every juncture where you need His mighty hands to save and deliver, He will arise and show Himself strong concerning your case in Jesus mighty name.

David was too little in stature and age to conquer all the enemies alone. But God was with him. He stayed on the side of the Lord and God also sent mighty men of valour to support and fight on his behalf. “1 Chronicles 12:1. Are you fighting alone? Is the battle becoming too strong for you to cope with and win? The Lord will send you helpers of destiny. You won’t need to be afraid or discouraged. I have good news for you, the Lord Jesus Christ is available to lift those burdens and to send men and women of honour to help in sustaining you till the end.

The LORD hears thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defends thee; Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion;” (Psalm 20:1-2).

Prayer: O Lord, send unto me and my family helpers of destiny just like you did to David.
