KINDLY MOVE ON!

To God be the glory for this wonderful day before Him and to share in the abundance of His goodness. It is no longer news that 2018 is gone. But the memory of its challenges may not be easily forgotten. Some of us will find it pretty difficult to quickly forget the ugly touch the year had in our lives. Beloved, you have to shake off yourself from those past. Everybody once had bad past time but if you choose to remain there, then you would be wrong, encourage yourself in the Lord just like David did. Someone once said; “let’s forget about our past; work on your today, which will be a platform for tomorrow’s greatness.”

Micah knew how to encourage himself in the Lord. He understood how to draw courage and purpose into his life. He realized the power in His words and knew that speaking the truth is the most effective way to prepare him to accomplish all God has designed him to be.

Did you know that we activate the blessing of God’s favour by speaking it over our own lives? Yes! Romans 10:9-10 tells us that salvation comes when we believe and then declare what we believe. God’s truth is established when we believe and declare it! When we declare God’s Word, we invite Him to do what He alone can do in our lives.

Your tasks today may not be anything like Micah’s, but we all need God’s help. Activate His strength by declaring that His power is at work by His Spirit in your life in this New Year. Declare that you are filled with power and strength to go through 2019 because in His strength, you can experience victory in every area of life. Go and enjoy God’s Kingdom through His Word.
