A LIFE OF PRAYER
“And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint.”
Luke 18:1
Main Text: Main text: Philippians 4:6
Jesus urges us to maintain a continuous posture of prayer. Prayer transcends mere communication with God; it serves as a direct connection to the divine life source, unlocking the boundless potential God has in store for us.
Following Jesus' example, we see how He often withdrew from the crowds to pray (Luke 21:37-38). Neglecting prayer is akin to spiritual stagnation or decline; it's an essential
nourishment for our inner selves. As believers, dedicating at least an hour daily to prayer is vital (Matthew 26:40).
Our lives are to be characterized by a commitment to prayer. By immersing ourselves in prayer, we align with our destined path effortlessly, emerging from our secret communion with God empowered to fulfill our purpose.
Confession:
I am giving to a life of prayer, I seek the Lord with all my heart and He shows me great and mighty things! I am blessed! Alleluia to Jesus.
