GOD’S TREASURE

“But you are God’s chosen treasure —priests who are kings, a spiritual “nation” set apart as God’s devoted ones. He called you out of darkness to experience his marvelous light, and now he claims you as his very own. He did this so that you would broadcast his glorious wonders throughout the world. For at one time, you were not God’s people, but now you are. At one time you knew nothing of God’s mercy, because you hadn’t received it yet, but now you are drenched with it!”
1 Peter 2: 9-10 (TPT)
Main Text: Main Text: 2 Corinthians 4:7

The Hebrew word which defines “treasure” is ségulla, which means “a special treasure” (or possession). It is used here to describe “guarded wealth,” indicating the placement of the King’s jewels or treasures. God says that each believer is a priest and King, he is a unique and special treasure of great importance—treasure above all other treasures.

Don’t let people try to make you feel less than yourself, you aren’t defined by the standards of men but of God and God says you are shining, you are blessed, you are a star. Be defined by the Word of the Lord. Only one being appraises what and who you should be and that is God! He made you a great thing of value, hallelujah! You aren’t worthless you are worth more than gold.

God is for you! If God is for you, who is that person that tries to demean you? you are God’s treasure! You are worth more than the rubies of this world! We have great value to our King, we are His family, which represents His enterprise. Do not look at yourself below the standard of God’s word! They may call you crazy, however, its better to crazily believe God than believe men, Apostle Paul said Let God be true and all men liars! You are God’s treasure! Amen.

Confession:

I am God’s treasure, I am blessed I am God’s gift to the nations, I reign in life both locally and globally. I am prosperous.
