IN ONENESS WITH GOD 2

“And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,”
Acts 2:46
Main Text:

Let me continue where I stopped yesterday. The truth is, the moment there is crack/disunity in the camp, the project will fail. Unconfirmed report about Nigeria’s ouster from the US ’94 World Cup tournament in America said, there was division among the team. They alleged the late Rasheed Yekeen refusal to celebrate his opening goal against Bulgaria with his team mates showed some traits of selfishness, hence, they stopped giving him winnable passes.

The Apostles were jointly anointed at Pentecost because they prayed in unity towards the achievement of a common goal. If your dream and aspiration is not in consonance with the corporate rule, you will find it pretty difficult to align with others and this may cause great disorderliness to the work of the kingdom.

You need humility and the grace of God to stay in unity with brethren, you must not see yourself as more important or useful than others. Your gifts and talents are not yours but God’s. Therefore, let God reign in your world, actions and attitudes within your group, cell and unit to the intent that love and unity among brethren will be greatly promoted. “Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God; Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.(2 Corinthians 3:5-6).

God is the one making you. You are not there yet because the journey is still very far. You are totally insufficient outside the grace of God. If you will truly cooperate and live in total peace and unity among the brethren, the work will progress with time and the name of the Lord will mightily be glorified.

Prayer: Father, your works and projects will progress greatly in my time and your name will be greatly glorified
