KEEP YOUR FREEDOM BY THE WORD OF GOD!

“… For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death.”
Romans 8:1-2 NASB
Main Text:

This 2018, the plan of God for all is to live in the freedom that the Word of God has provided us with. Sorry to say that some people prefer wrong avenue to seek freedom thereby putting themselves in a more difficult situation.

…‘Captive” means a person taken as prisoner, while “captivity” means the state of being held a prisoner. The law of sin and death is the law at work in every person who isn’t born again; it permits sickness, and when sickness comes into a body, death actually is on a standby and starts destroying it, no matter how slowly. But when you understand what Jesus has done for you, things become different. This is the reason for the Gospel; it says the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made you free from the law of sin and death. It’s not about to make you free; it has already made you free.

You’ve been made free from sin and death! That’s what happened to you when you received Jesus Christ as Lord of your life. You’ll not enjoy this freedom in Christ until you know you’re free and function with that consciousness (John 8:32). That’s why God’s Word tells you exactly what has taken place in your life, so you can take advantage of it. It tells you to stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage” Galatians 5:1 KJV.

Beloved, it’s bad for us to go back to our vomits. (Matthew 12:37). Now that you’ve seen that the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made you free from the law of sin and death, believe and confess it. This is the way to remain in the freedom that Christ has given to prevail by His Word.

Prayer: Thank You Father for setting me free. I declare that I am free indeed!
