TALK TO THE LORD

And the Lord said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows;
Exodus 3:7 KJV
Main Text:

The beautiful thing about our God is that He is ever listening to us and is ever ready to answer our prayers. The question then is how many of us make our prayers known to God according to His desire, I mean do we really pray in accordance with the will of God?

You cannot do anything without God therefore all your plans and struggles to trust in men may lead to unexpected disappointments and outright failures because, it only shows you make your prayers known unto men whose breath is in his nostril. The Lord says in John 15:5, I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

You need God to survive this present world. No amount of change in political leadership can improve our situation in life except God helps us. If you want to wait on human beings for help, you will have to wait eternally, for the arm of flesh will continue to fail.

Don’t keep quiet over issues and situations that are challenging your growth, success and development. What you don’t want, you must not watch. You have kept quiet enough. Cry out now before things get worse. Cry out for divine help and assistance and let God rescue you. You may not like to discuss your problems with people around but you mustn’t hide anything from your Maker who is also the solution to the problems of the whole world.

The children of Israel cried in their hardship state and they were heard. Lift up your voice and let God know you can’t help yourself. God will arise and rescue you from the pits in no distant time. Your sins and errors will be rolled away by His mercy in the name of Jesus.

Prayer: Father, hear me and rescue me from my travails
