POWER OF THE SPIRITUAL MAN

They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
Mark 16:18
Main Text:

It is very easy to forget those whose lives made no difference to others in any way. How meaningful is your life? What legacy are you leaving behind for prosperity?  I was told of a story of a man of God who once visited a town for a program. The village, was for some years, without pipe borne water. A particular tree there defied every effort to bring it down. At the end of the program for that day, the wind began to blow, and a terrific storm uprooted the tree. Praise be to the Lord! Today, I decree over you that every evil tree affecting your life and family shall be uprooted by fire in the name of Jesus!

In Acts 3:1-8, we read the account of a man born lame, who was regularly laid at the gate called beautiful. Everyday, he saw people going in and out of church, and heard beautiful music but could not respond to these. He saw everything but could not participate in it. But one day, Peter and John touched him, the anointing flowed into him and the one who had been there for many years could no more remain at the same spot. May the power of God locate you now and move your life forward in the name of Jesus.

Do you know that there are many people who are waiting for you to touch them like the duo touched this lame man? Make a demand on the anointing in you today. Go out and obey God’s simple command by speaking forth the Word and laying hands and you will see the Word transform the lives and circumstances of the people. There is power in the Word but if it is not released, it remains empty.

Prayer: Father, from today, make me restless until I positively touch the lives of others with what you have deposited inside of me.
