CARNALITY KILLS SEED OF DESITNY
Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
Romans 8:7
Main Text:
If you are satisfied with your past and present achievements, it is obvious you may not achieve more. The truth is “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man
the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” I Corinthians 2:9
There is no way you can rise above your present level if where you are is seen as your best. With one sermon, Peter had 3000 converts. If such a number comes to the Lord at a meeting today, we would consider it a feat and begin to celebrate our “success” to the detriment of greater successes. Not Peter! He did not stop. At another time he preached and 5000 converts came. Yet, he craved for more! You would observe that the early church experienced an ever-increasing grace hence they continued to soar. As you hunger and thirst for more of God in your life in this year 2020, you will rejoice. It is a good thing to hunger and thirst for spiritual things (Matthew 5:6).

A carnal Christian is led by the flesh, manipulated by lust and destroyed by pride. Carnality puts enmity between the carnal Christian and God. To operate in the spirit, you must be born again and filled with the Holy Spirit. Fancy to say ‘Flesh breeds flesh and the Spirit breeds the things of the spirit;
Prayer: I overcome the influence and the dictates of the flesh in this month
