YOUR TOMORROW IS OK
and those the LORD has rescued will return. They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads.Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.
Isaiah 35: 10 NIV
Main Text:
Are you at present, undergoing a terrible, sorrowful situation? God’s Word tells us that sorrow will not last. ‘For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour’s life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning’ – Ps. 30:5. After rain comes sunshine. Every cloud has a silver lining. At the end of the tunnel is light. I tell you, the moment of testimony is close by in the name of Jesus.
Beloved, no matter what you are passing through right now, even as you are reading this devotional, the one who makes you alive to hold this booklet will fill your mouth with laughter, and you will return with singing in Jesus’ name. Are you afraid of the unknown? Rebuke that thought now! It is well with you in Jesus’ name. I speak these words concerning you: Where there is pain, I pray you have peace and mercy. Where there is self-doubting, I pray for you a renewed confidence in your ability to work through them.
Where there is tiredness, or exhaustion, I pray for you to get understanding, patience, and renewed strength.
Where there is fear, I pray for you love, and courage. Peace to you my beloved!
The journey to eternity may be tortuous, yet the destination is glorious Romans 8:28
And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them. However, what action you take now determines your tomorrow but He is interested in how you use the free will He has given you to determine your future.
Remember that your tomorrow is not just the next 24 hours or the next minute but it is your very next breath and how you live for Christ. Let the life you live reflects the glory of God in everything you do.
Prayer: I reject regrets in my tomorrow in Jesus’ name
