PUT ON THE ARMOUR OF FAITH
“Put on the whole armour of God that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.â€
Ephesians 6:11
Main Text:
The battles of life transcend the physical and you cannot engage your spiritual enemies in a fight without adequate spiritual empowerment-Faith in the Word of God. When you have the full assurance of faith that your God is with you and leading your way out, you can boldly confront the issues of your life with faith. “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ephesians 6:12.
“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;” II Corinthians 10:3-4.
This is the time to start life with God’s Word! Without adequate understanding of His Word and spiritual empowerment by His Word, you will in the world be a loser and be frustrated. Beloved, life is not a fanfare. The devil is aware of the glory ahead and they is ready to contend with you in battle so as to end up in hell. Since the devil cannot stop your glory from manifesting in its set time as a child of God, he strives to stop you from getting to the point of its manifestation. The choice of victory is yours. The part of God is duly fulfilled and He has provided everything required through His word. You cannot confront the enemy without the right words. The Word of the Lord is the power of God. If you lack the right words in the place of prayer, you will always pray amiss. God will not back you up if you are still living in sin and in total disobedience to His word. You need to be a man or woman after God’s own heart like David.
.Prayer: Father, make me strong in faith, I refuse to back out of your Kingdom. I remain in your love.
