YOU DON’T HAVE TO BOAST 2

Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, they have their reward.
Matthew 6:2
Main Text:

Don’t get premature rewards but patiently await the applause of the Almighty and His praise for your good works. God is a rewarder of diligence. Pride can destroy the blessings attached to any miracle. Don’t allow your seed to be corrupted by the state of your heart. Give with joy and do it because God has pronounced you blessed. It’s your responsibility to bless the people around you both physically and spiritually without showing off. Don’t use the little you have to make a mockery of those who are at the mercy of receiving from you. The little knowledge and wisdom you have acquired should contribute towards making somebody and the body of Christ better than you met them. Make yourself ready to receive more from the Lord through your positive attitude to giving and sharing. You must also covet and pray for the giving grace and allow the Lord to really work on your heart. Each time you abuse or misuse people because of the little they are receiving from you, you have succeeded in mocking God and may never qualify for the next open door except you repent. Let God make you a constant channel of His blessings through complete obedience to His words and never limit your destiny through the wrong attitude and deliberate rejection of the truth.

Have you received the giving grace? Are you a blessing to the people around you? What value are you adding to the body of Christ through the blessings and gifts you have received? Can God trust you enough to release more of His blessings to you seeing that you will not grow arrogant as a result of them? Think and act wisely.

Prayer: I reject every spirit of pride and arrogance planning to take over my affairs in destiny.
