CALL UPON THE LORD
Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.
Jeremiah 33:3
Main Text:
The church of our time needs to revisit the Biblical tenets of faith and concentrate wholly on the things that Jesus handed over to us. As an individual, you need to search out the truth and hold unto the kingdom’s requirements for an intimate walk with God and a peaceful life with man. In Isaiah 2:3 the word of God says: And many people shall go and say, come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.
The church is God’s secret place for those who care to believe in the provisions of God for humanity. God is working out the salvation and deliverance of the whole world and this He perfected through the death and resurrection of His son Jesus Christ. If you will therefore come near unto Him with every readiness to be free from your worldly entanglements and bondages, He will visit your case and set you free eternally.
Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not. Jeremiah 33:3
God is expecting you to call on Him to build a relationship and to resolve all issues surrounding your needs and challenges in life. The choice is yours. I have seen the disposition of the church towards prayers and divine intervention. Obviously we desire the best from God but are not ready to pay the price. Don’t be deceived, it will require spiritual violence to take it by force. You can’t continue on the platform of mere wishes. You can only delay your miracles if you refuse to act as demanded by the Lord. Search your heart and be true to yourself. Are you a praying Christian or the fun-loving type?
Prayer: Lord, answer my cries and let me no longer be ashamed
