OPPOSE THE DEVIL

If you’ve ever cried or prayed to God saying “run the devil out of your life”, stop! The scripture teaches us that we are the one who’s supposed to overcome the devil. You might ask yourself, how can I resist that old greasily bear – the devil. By rebelling against him when he tells you to do something and doing what God says instead. When he tells you a lie, contradict him with the Word of God.

As you walk in faith and oppose the devil, darkness is pushed back. The life of God is within you, Jesus himself lives inside you, everywhere you go, He goes! Hallelujah! All you need do is become conscious of who lives in you. Begin now living your life moment by moment, knowing that the light of God is in you. The Word of God is in you, the Spirit of God is in you.

Live life knowing that Jesus the Son of God is in you – then watch the devil run! You are above him.

Confession: I tread upon the lion and cobra, I recognize that Christ has given me authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy therefore, nothing will in anyway hurt me, Satan is under my foot! I give him no opportunity to subdue me! Praise God.
