YOUR SEASON WILL COME

“For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven”
Ecclesiastes 3:1, NLT
Main Text:

God has ordained seasons and cycles in our lives. Sometimes, when our dreams aren’t coming to pass on our timetable, we can be tempted to get frustrated. But we have to be careful not to allow our attitude to keep us from moving forward. One thing I want you to understand is that God has ordained your season of breakthrough and nothing can change it except you. The truth of life is that everyone has equal amount of time, but our seasons of manifestation differ. It is possible to plant cocoa and maize at the same time, but they both have different time of harvest, while within months maize can be harvested but for the cocoa, it could take a few years. The reason is season affects their manifestations

Understand that in God’s kingdom, every season is not harvest. There are plowing seasons, planting seasons and watering seasons. It is obvious some of us take our plowing season for our season of harvest hence we get confused at the least travail. Sure, we would love for every season to be a time of increase; but without the other seasons, we wouldn’t be prepared. It’s during the plowing seasons when God’s bringing issues to light that we need to deal with. He’s getting us prepared for promotion. If you’re not making as much progress as you would like, the key is not to lose any ground. Don’t go backwards. Hold your position by keeping an attitude of faith and hope, even when it’s hard. Keep plowing by speaking the prevailing Word daily. The words you speak are the seeds you plant which is your season of planting. Whatever you sow in this season is what you reap during harvest. As you sow fertility in your destiny, your ground cannot be cursed, you’ll pass the test of sowing, and your due season shall manifest by His prevailing Word!

Prayer: I submit my ways to You today and trust that You have the best plan for my life Lord Jesus.
