WHO LIVES IN YOU?
“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.â€
Galatians 2:20
Main Text:
Sincere experience of Jesus in your life will definitely produce notable changes in you. It will be evident as it was in the days of the Pentecost that something new is happening, if, of a truth, you have yielded your life completely to the Lord. If you are in doubt of what it means to receive a change of life, take a good look at the life of Barrister Paul in the Bible whose conversion became a testimony all through the land, a persecutor cum prosecutor suddenly a gospel propagator. You can’t possess Jesus Christ and not be known. The whole family must feel and testify of your new life if you have not mixed up other things with the faith that you possess in Christ Jesus.
Beloved, where is your proof? How is your life convincing your next door neighbour to come out of the darkness into the marvelous light of the gospel of Jesus? Of what relevance is your service in church to the life of a sinner out there? Are you making more disciples of heaven or hell? Your light must be seen by all. A true change and the kind that will draw sinners into the kingdom of heaven and depopulate the notorious kingdom of hell is what is expected of you today.
“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” (Galatians 2:20).
Prayer: Father, give me the grace to live according to your word and commandments.
