IMPACTING LIVES?

One area in which the anointing of God upon your life should overflow to others to impact their lives positively is in mentoring. In 1 Samuel 22:1-2, while David was in the cave of Adullam, all kinds of problem-laden people gathered together under him and his anointing flowed to them. At the end of the day, their status changed and they became mighty men. One reason those unemployed brethren are around you is to seize the opportunity to mentor them for good. Those social outcasts and street boys (area boys) are thirsty for a better life, who knows you can be of help when you minister gospel to them, they too can enjoy the divine life, a beautiful life of righteousness in Christ. Your success would be measured to a large extent by the number of such lives impacted by you. If you cannot impact lives for good, it’s either you are hiding your new life reality in Jesus. How much impact are you having on the people God has placed under your watch? How many souls do you care to bring to the Lord in this 2020?

There is no life that cannot be saved no matter what. A little story was shared in a book I read. The man said: several years ago, he visited a friend. While there, he observed their youngest daughter was strapped to the back of her mother. This girl would not allow anybody to carry her except her mother. But as he arrived, the baby stretched forth her hands for him to carry her. He did and prayed for her and left. Some months later, the girl’s mother confessed that on the day he came to their house, she had planned to kill the child but that visit saved her life.

 Every plan to terminate you or members of your family this year shall be terminated in Jesus name.

Prayer: Father, make my life and ministry have more impact in Jesus name.
