WALK IN THE LIGHT!

“But if we [really] are living and walking in the Light, as He [Himself] is in the Light, we have [true, unbroken] fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses (removes) us from all sin and guilt [keeps us cleansed from sin in all its forms and manifestations].”
1 John 1:7 (AMP)
Main Text: 2 Timothy 3:1-5

If you’re born again and have the Word of God in your heart, you can live in victory. You may not have all the answers, there may be a great many spiritual things you don’t understand, however, it’s not those things that will destroy you. It’s the things you know to do but don’t that usually make you fall.

The reason some Christians find themselves struggling with the flesh is that they’re not living the Word (James 1:22). The Word of God is clear – walk in the spirit and you’ll not fulfill the lust or desires of the flesh. Some have been trying to crucify the flesh for a long time to no avail. God never said to crucify the flesh, instead He said the flesh has already been crucified; it happened the moment you accepted Jesus into your life. (Gal 5:24).

To live without Christ is to live in gross darkness and utter hopelessness. You can’t even know yourself outside Him, for only in Him – His light – is your true identity and personality reveled Psalm 36:9 “For with You is the fountain of life; in Your light do we see light.”

Prayer: Thank You Father for enlightening me on the path of life through Your Word; Your Word is light and full of glory, I overcome the world and I live triumphantly every day in Jesus name. Amen.
