INVEST YOUR TIME WISELY 2

“And he said unto them, how is it that ye sought me? Wist ye not that I must be about my Father’s business? ”
Luke 2:49

One of the channels in which time can be wasted is friends and associate. There are so many meaningful things some could have achieved today but the kind of time wasters around them would not. Any of your friend that will always come when it is time for you to study your Bible must be checked and controlled. Why is it that the moment you determine to fast and seek God in prayers is when your friends will remember to drag you to a social meeting?

Your friends must be checked. A young man walked to me some time ago and began to appreciate his dad right in my presence. I asked out of curiosity why he such fond of his dad and he said again, ‘I thank God for the kind of father I have.’ You couldn’t just visit my house without a tangible mission while I was growing up as a teenager. My daddy will not allow anyone to just come in and play and waste the day with His children. And also, when I came into Christ, I was forewarned of bad company and unholy relationships. Their mission is to exchange fellowship hours with parties, comedy, rumours/gossip and hangouts. They will never make any tangible contributions needed for your spiritual growth, academic or business success. You need to watch out for them in your life and destiny. Jesus was successful in His assignment and calling because He obeyed and was in command of time and seasons. What is taking your time? Who is wasting your life? It doesn’t matter the status of such persons as long as they have nothing to add as value to you, avoid them. Carefully separate yourself from them and be guided into the truth in the word of God.

Prayer: Father, don’t allow my life to be wasted by end time agents, things and activities of destruction.
