HEAVEN IS REAL

If then you have been raised with Christ [to a new life, thus sharing His resurrection from the dead], aim at and seek the [rich, eternal treasures] that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.

Main Text: Ephesians 1:1-10

Heaven is sure real, it’s not some fantasies of a state or a state of mind, it’s a real place. Some people think heaven is a place for the spirits or the dead place where you are going to discover the life after. However, this are misconceptions that the Word of God addresses. The Bible says there are streets, trees, water and homes in heaven.

Heaven is a real place. The scripture alludes to the fact that there are animals in heaven. It’s a physical place and you’ll have a physical body. John 14:2 (AMP) “In My Father's house there are many dwelling places (homes). If it were not so, I would have told you; for I am going away to prepare a place for you.” Heaven is a real place, it’s not a state of mind. If heaven was a state of mind, or consciousness, you will not be able to store up treasures there. Matt 6:20 “But gather and heap up and store for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust nor worm consume and destroy, and where thieves do not break through and steal.”

God being the great architect, not just designed the earth for you, He also designed heaven for you. Jesus said “He prepared heaven for us before the foundations of the earth.” Matt 25:34 “Then the King will say to those at His right hand, Come, you blessed of My Father [you favored of God and appointed to eternal salvation], inherit (receive as your own) the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.”

Prayer: Dear Lord, I am strengthened in the inner man, I come against the little foxes that will spoil my vine and not allow me come into your presence. In Jesus name.
