GIVE YOUR FAITH A FACE

“And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, ‘I believed and therefore I spoke,’ we also believe and therefore speak”
II Corinthians 4:13
Main Text:

Every believer has a measure of faith. In order to see the promises of God come to pass in our life, we have to give our faith a face. What do I mean? There could be a moment that our faith may be confronted with a situation that could eat up our belief, the time that will appear as if fear has taken over, beloved, that is the period our faith must show its face. It is a must for our faith to speak confidence and total victory over our fear of things appearing real to us.

You must declare what God says about you in His Word. The seed of faith inside you is activated when you speak with faith. The truth is, the seed of fear multiplies when faith is swallowed up by fear. That’s why the scripture tells us, “Let the weak say I am strong. Let the poor say I am rich.” When you give your faith a facelift and send forth the Word of God out of your mouth, the Bible says that He watches over His Word to bring it to pass in your life.

If you have experienced any of challenges common to men on earth or still facing some, it means time to declare the word of faith is now.

Note that defeat or fallen state of a believer is a detour, rebirth and renewal that God may have allowed or engineered for you to wake up so that you can add voice to your faith. For instance the Israelites needed not to go through the wilderness to get to the Promised Land but God wanted it that way and they spent 400 years against 40 years. Speak the word of faith to your situation in this year of His Kingdom.
Don’t bury your faith by losing faith. Don’t allow words of defeat to come out of your mouth.

Prayer: O Lord, let me triumph over my travails
