HAVE PEACE OF MIND THROUGH YOUR CHILDREN

It is well known fact that where godliness reigns supreme in a home, the family will be peaceful. The peace of a home and ultimately the Nations of the world begins with raising godly children. Tell me or show me a home void of godliness where peace is established. The child with no fear of the Lord is a pain and danger in waiting. If your children are without God’s instructions, that’s terrible! It’s not enough to have a beautiful marriage or house rather, a beautiful home where the fear of the Lord is in place.

“And all thy children shall be taught of the LORD; and great shall be the peace of thy children.” Isaiah 54:13

My concerns are more for those parents who have not really instructed their children in the way of the Lord and yet send them early to study abroad. Beloved, create time for the children and teach them the way of the Lord on a daily basis. If you are not showing concern for the spiritual growth of your children, you are simply calling for unrest now and in your nearest future. If you have left your parental functions on children to the present day social media and your ‘trusted’ house maids all in the name of “I am very busy”, you won’t find it funny the results you may get at the end of the day. Those that find rest in their grey age are those who had labored in the Word with their family in their early marital age.  Hebrews 4:9-10.

Your assignment in your home can never be overemphasized. If you seek a peaceful destiny, start with laboring in the place of prayer, the study of God’s word and with God then His Kingdom can be felt in your home.
“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6

Prayer: help me O Lord to put my home in your ordinances
