Jesus is the reason for the season

“And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.”
Matt 1:21
Main Text: Main text: John 3:16

As we celebrate this season, it is crucial to remember that Jesus is the reason for it all. Across the world, people commemorate the birth of a remarkable figure who is both fully man and fully God. Jesus Christ, out of His immeasurable love for humanity, left the splendor of heaven to live among us and ultimately lay down His life for our sins. His birth was not just a historical event; it was the divine fulfillment of God’s redemptive plan for mankind.
The primary reason Jesus came into the world was to save humanity from sin. This season offers us the perfect opportunity to reflect on and share this redemptive love. We must remind the world that Jesus loves them deeply and that God loves humanity just as much as He loves His Son (John 17:23). His mission was to rescue us from hell and to offer eternal life to all who believe in Him.
As believers, we are called to extend this love to others. Romans 5:5 reminds us that “the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.” This love is not just for us to enjoy but to share with the world. Let us boldly proclaim the truth of Jesus Christ during this season—His love, His grace, and His saving power. Isaiah 9:6 beautifully encapsulates who Jesus is: “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.” We must let the world know about these incredible attributes of Jesus.
Don’t hold back this season—speak of His goodness, His love, and His gift of salvation. Be a vessel through which others can encounter the Prince of Peace and the everlasting Father. Remember, this season is about more than gifts and festivities; it is about the greatest gift of all—Jesus Christ. Merry Christmas, and may the love of Christ shine brightly through you!
Confession
I declare in the name of Jesus Christ; I am blessed and fruitful! This Christmas season, I shine as a beacon of God’s love, spreading the message of Jesus Christ. Through me, people experience the depth of His love and are drawn closer to Him. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen!

Luke 1:32-35 “He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end. Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man? And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.”
