STAND STRONG IN THE LORD 2

Beloved brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Ephesians 6:10 KJV

You will need to be focused in the spiritual things to make heaven. The flesh and the devil is your first enemy. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. Galatians 5:17. You are the target of the dark world. They want you back in darkness at all cost. This is where you have to stand straight and stay strong. If your foundation is not strong enough you will lose the salvation that you have received and ultimately fall back to your former manner and ways of life.  For we wrestle not against flesh and blood …. Ephesians 6:12. With a good understanding of this Scriptures, you will see clearly that the journey before you is great and therefore, you must be prepared to battle on and at last emerge a winner at the feet of Christ. I’m telling you all these because of the present state of the church. The word level of Christians in our time is fast eroding. The time for prayers and intercessions has been substituted with internet browsing and tweeting even when service is on in the church. The church is now busy fighting one another over mammon. Most believers are now chasing shadows all in the name of affluence and prosperity. If you are not determined to stay strong and to hold unto the truth in the word of God, you will easily be swept off your place in God. Be ready to stay on the Lord’s side. Don’t get distracted by what you see in the life of others. Be moved only by the word of God

Prayer: Father, please keep stayed on you and in your service till the end
