YOU NEED DIVINE WISDOM
“Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.â€
Proverbs 4:7
Main Text:
What do you think you need to navigate the troubles in the land today especially in the business world? It is Wisdom. It is far superior to many other virtues that we crave for on earth. It’s not enough to just seek to know without every readiness to apply all that you have acquired in either formal or informal learning environment. A wise child makes happy his parent while a foolish child is a big problem because wisdom is the only correct application of knowledge. Are you blessed with divine wisdom? Use it correctly to the glory of God and the benefit of yourself and humanity. Divine wisdom is a direct spiritual guide for the believer but it’s hard to get it if you are far from the word of God and the true knowledge of the Almighty. You need God to act wisely and to behave rightly on the earth. Wisdom is a weapon of defense (Ecc.7; 12).
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee….” (Hosea 4:6).
It is wisdom to hear the truth about God and to act promptly as instructed. Foolishness is easily noticed especially when the word of God makes no meaning to you or when you see the right counsel as obstruction to your thinking. Don’t just sit there without any action, start acting positively on all that you have received at the feet of Christ and you shall get the wisdom required to be promoted to your next level. You cannot go far outside the knowledge and the wisdom of God. It is one thing to get knowledge another thing is to apply it correctly. If you seek knowledge from wrong teachers you can’t but take wrong decision. James 1:5.
You need divine wisdom to do the will of God and to succeed here on earth. Search for wisdom in the Word of God and live.
Prayer: Help me to live correctly and to act wisely in all areas of my life and endeavours
