RULE BY THE WORD 2

God at the time of creation gave man authority to dominate his world and not the other way round as it is seen in the life of many today. Instead of people, being in control of their world, circumstances and situations, we allow the situation to dictate the tunes of events just because we left the Word of God out of the challenges. Many walk through life as if they are designed for shame and reproach. Some will murmur and grumble even to the point of accusing God for their lots. Have they ever find out the Word of God for the time? Have you not heard that “the heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD’S but the earth has He given to the children of men”. Now note this if you have a wrist watch and you give it to either a friend or your brother does the same watch belong to you again? Your answer is as certain as mine, God has given the earth to the children of men to rule, to subdue and dominate. What you do with what has been given lies within you. And it’s still very early for you to discover the prevailing Word for the time

Elijah by the Spirit confronted Ahab when he declared that there shall be no rain for three and half years because he knew God had given him dominion even over nature and must be in charge on earth. All the elements responded to his voice for there was no rain until Ahab and his prophet bowed to the God of Israel.

Beloved, that challenge is not expected to give you a sleepless night; you are not expected to be running from pillar to post in the quest for solution. You suffered enough in 2017 so things will work out for you in this year of the prevailing Word.

You have all it takes to rule your world and you will walk on all your troubled waters in this 2018.

Prayer:   Lord, help me to walk in the light of Your Word
