A CULTURE OF ALLEGIANCE
“The north wind driveth away rain: so doth an angry countenance a backbiting tongue.”
Prov 25:23
Main Text: MAIN TEXT: Exodus 22:18
A culture is a way of life or a pattern of doing things. In TFHC (The Father's House Church), our Man of God, the Apostle, has consistently taught us the culture of allegiance. He has instructed us to shun and expose gossipers, using Judas and Absalom as prime examples. The Bible says the north wind drives away rain, and in this context, it symbolizes a cold stance against disloyalty. If we develop a cold shoulder toward all forms of gossip, we will root out every disloyal and passive person within the ministry. The spirit of disloyalty is the spirit of Absalom, seeking to fight against the father. It is the spirit of Judas, aiming to betray, and ultimately, it is the spirit of Lucifer, hoping to become a false Apostle.
1 Corinthians 5:6 states, “Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?” We must cultivate a culture of allegiance to the Apostle and his ministry. This culture will foster peace and unity, ultimately leading to church growth. Once a disloyal person is identified, we must take action to remove them. As the Apostle Paul warned, a little leaven can spoil the entire batch; thus, when disloyalty is discovered, it is imperative to distance ourselves from that individual. One of the benefits of this allegiance is that it allows our Man of God, the Apostle, to focus more effectively on the ministry of the Word and prayer.
We must eliminate gossip, as it hinders our growth and the manifestation of the Spirit among us. The culture of allegiance and honor should be evident in our lives. We must cast out anyone who speaks against the Apostle, spreads false rumors about the ministry, or is quick to criticize the church's activities. Such a spirit is detrimental and has no place among us.
Confession
I declare, I refrain from gossip and backbiting; I choose to guard my words, speaking only what is uplifting and encouraging. I develop a culture of allegiance, I cultivate loyalty and support within my community, standing firm in unity and love for one another.
