THE GOOD NEWS

“The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
Isaiah 61:1
Main Text:

No news is good except it brings with it, peace, success, prosperity and eternal salvation to you and your household. You need to watch what you hear and most importantly the people that speak into your life. Not every man or woman deserves your audience. You must carefully select the kind of words you listen to and the steps you take after hearing such words.

The Word of God is the only true guide out of darkness and obscurity into light in life. Some heeded the advice and counsel of their sinner and ungodly friends in the past and they ended up in the dungeon of pain and regrets. The Psalmist said: “Thy word have I hid in mine heart that I might not sin against thee.” (Psalm 119:11). If you choose the wrong word you will take the wrong step and this will take you off the commandments of God.

If you don’t know the Word of God and the right step to take per time, you will be grounded in the midst of the evil news and noise of this world. Get His word and get your own world. Don’t mix up with the errors of this time but let God shine His light into your heart so that you will partake in His kingdom inheritance. “I have declared my ways, and thou heardest me: teach me thy statutes.” (Psalm 119:26).

The best you can become in life depends on the kind of word that works on your destiny. It is sad to say that in our world today, negative words sell and spread much faster than words of positive impact. When there is trouble, your reactions will define your victory.

Prayer: Let the remaining days in the year produce for me news of salvation, deliverance and unlimited prosperity
