YOU ARE ACCEPTED

"To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved."
Ephesians 1:6
Main Text:

According to the Vine's Greek New Testament Dictionary, the word accepted means "to receive heartily, to welcome, gladly receive," Let this be in your Spirit that the very day you received Jesus Christ, you became accepted to the Father. The very minute you received the Lord in your life, you became welcomed in the family of God. God's family is one that functions beyond the natural, it’s a supernatural household, the very second you said yes to Jesus, you were given Dunamis (power), Exousia (authority). Something changed on your inside that moment, your Spirit was reborn, you became accepted, you became the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.

An individual who understands this reality will walk in victory all the days of his life.

Lots of us struggle with believing the truth that we're accepted by God. We are accepted not because of what we do or don't do; we are accepted not because of how we succeed or if we're good. We are accepted not because of who we are, but because of who God is. God loves us with an everlasting love (Jeremiah 31:3) and to as many as receive Him, He gives the power to be sons and daughters of God (John 1:12).

Daniel 11:32; "And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits."

The word Know in the Hebrew tongue means Yada. Yada means to know intimately and have a relationship with. We are privileged to have a better relationship with God than the Old Testament believers, because the Holy Spirit has been freely given to us, we have also been accepted in the beloved, and most importantly, we have become adopted so that we cry Abba Father! We know God as Daddy not master. We have the privilege of being intimate with God, therefore, you are destined for greatness.

Prayer: Father, I remain in You and no lust shall take me away from You
