I’M A NEW CREATURE

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”
2 Corinthians 5:17 (NKJV)
Main Text: Ephesians 2:10-15

Your spirit totally changed at salvation. Upon making the decision to make Jesus the Lord of your life, your spirit underwent an instant transformation. You became reborn by the Spirit and possessed the exact spirit Jesus possessed. It wasn’t just a mere change that took place in you when you were born again; it was an actual recreation of your human spirit; there was an actual replacement of the life of which you were born of your parents, with the indestructible life of God. You’ve come alive to God through the New Birth.

You’re a new person, with a new life, without a past. The Bible says, “…old things are passed away…”; it’s talking about the old nature that was subject to sin, defeat, sickness, failure and death—it’s dead and gone. All things have become new and are of God 2 Corinthians 5: 17

1 John 4:17 “As He is, so are you in this world” Everything that makes Jesus perfect possessed your spirit man and you are ceased trying to become worthy, instead became worthy!

The same power that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in your spirit (Rom 8:11) You have all of God’s power residing in your spirit. Everything about your life now carries divinity in it. There’s no connection between you and your “past,” because in actual fact, there’s no past: “Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life” (Romans 6:4).

.Confession: I experience the overflow; I walk in an abundance of favor! I am the righteousness of God in Christ! I am taking over territories! In the name of Jesus, I am prosperous!
