MONEY 2

Then he said to them, “Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.” And he told them this parable: “The ground of a certain rich man yielded an abundant harvest. He thought to himself, ‘What shall I do? I have no place to store my crops.' “Then he said, ‘This is what I’ll do. I will tear down my barns and build bigger ones, and there I will store my surplus grain. And I’ll say to myself, “You have plenty of grain laid up for many years. Take life easy; eat, drink and be merry.”’  “But God said to him, ‘You fool! This very night your life will be demanded from you. Then who will get what you have prepared for yourself?' This is how it will be with whoever stores up things for themselves but is not rich toward God." (NIV)

As believers, we need to understand our blessing, it has the power to undo you. Money is for doing good and for being rich in good works; for distribution and not for accumulation. There's one thing we can never over-do, it called "Good Works". 

Jesus called money "mammon". People who are outside God search for money day and night. Certain people are looking for who to take advantage of and grab something from. Money is the target and life dream of an average natural man, however, like I said yesterday, as believers, our joy and hope is in the Lord. Jesus assures us in Matthew 6:32, that God knows our needs and will gladly meet them, furthermore, Malachi 3 shows us that the windows of heaven are opened towards us and our supply is not of this world. Does God want you wealthy? Yes!!

Confession: Thank You Abba Father for you are rich in grace me, I declare in the name of Jesus, I am blessed, the works of my hands are blessed, I am prosperous.

Prayer: No influence of money shall overwhelm me and I will not be slave to money
