WHERE IS YOUR HEART? 1

This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.

Main Text:

Your heart is the center of your life and it controls everything about you. If your heart is good you will surely enjoy a good life but if otherwise and corrupt, you will need a new Spirit from the Lord to take over your life. Remember the word of the Lord says: Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. Proverbs 4:23. Great and lovely issues will come from your heart. Also know that if your heart is thoroughly polished by the word of the Lord you will be free from worldly pollution.

The state of your heart matters to God greatly starting from the way you offer your life for his use to how genuinely you give your gifts and substances before his altar. Your heart must beat in consonance with his word. If there’s any impediment that’s taking your heart from the love of the Lord, purge it out and begin to serve the Lord your God. Don’t be a Christian on mere lips but let your life and conduct show that you have seen the Lord. Don’t serve the Lord on sentiment or through eye service. Be truthful to yourself and to God who called you out of darkness into His marvellous light. Your life and service here on earth will not be rejected by Lord in Jesus mighty name.

Is your heart truly with Lord or you are only operating in pretence? Don’t waste your time and precious life on things that bring no eternal profit. Your heart and life will not be stolen by the devil in Jesus mighty name. Tale my heart and let it be consecrated Lord to you only in this year 2020.

Prayer: I will serve God with my life. My life for you only O Lord.
