WHAT YOU SAY IS VITAL

…let us hold fast our confession”
Hebrews 4: 14
Main Text:

What good do you want to see come your way today? The Bible says that life and death are in the power of the tongue. If you go around speaking that this new government will be a failure. too bad, the chances are that it will come to pass. Some of us will be successful with the new dispensation if our faith is rooted in Christi and NOT in the government. When you allow the Word of God to guide your confessions, and you have positive mentality, it opens the door for God to move on your behalf. That’s why it’s so important to “hold fast” or maintain your confession of faith in Him. Look, you can’t go around confessing blessing over yourself and use the same mouth to curse others. Your word is seasoned with grace and authority is placed in your tongue so whatever you say will come to pass. You won’t get anywhere speaking negatively; we have to hold fast our confession of faith in God in order to enjoy His Kingdom for 2019 and beyond. The Bible tells us that out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. Declare blessing over your children and their destiny; never call them unfortunate children neither should you call others unfortunate or miserable, Speak life into your destiny now! There are so many promises in the Word of God for those who believe. Part of your duty is to pray for your leaders and people in authority. The new government today is God’s ordained. Romans 13:1 Pray that our new leaders would have the fear of the Lord and seek His guidance in decision making. Pray that they would govern in righteousness and integrity. Psalm 33:12 tells us that “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord”. The Lord promises that when His people pray, He will hear them! With our righteousness and faith in Christ we can dismantle the stronghold of Boko Haram with our prayers. May God bless Nigeria.

Prayer: I speak life into my destiny today in the name of Jesus
