Quiet Time: Witness Daily

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
Matt 28:19-20
Main Text: Main text: Mark 16:15-20

An important aspect of our quiet time is to go out into the world and obey the instruction Jesus gave us. He entrusted us with the souls of the world, commanding us to preach about Christ. Evangelism isn’t a casual activity; it’s a command from the Master and a vital part of our quiet time with Him.

Obeying the Great Commission is a way to grow in our faith and become stronger, more committed Christians. We evangelize because people need to be brought to the salvation that Jesus offers. Often, when we step out in faith and boldness to minister to the lost, we encounter aspects of God we might never have experienced otherwise.

Every Christian is called to preach the Word, both in season and out of season. As we spend time with the Lord, we must make a continuous effort to obey an integral aspect of quiet time—witnessing to the lost.

Confession:

I declare, I am committed to the great commission and am passionate about sharing the gospel. My heart burns with a desire to see souls saved, and I actively engage in evangelism, reaching out to the lost with the love and truth of Jesus Christ.
