ACCEPTED
“To the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.â€
Ephesians 1:6 (NKJV)
Main Text:
The day you accepted Jesus into your life, you became accepted in the Beloved. To be in the beloved simply means you are in the family of God. Jesus didn’t have to do anything or accomplish anything before He was considered beloved and pleasing to the Father. In the same vein, you don’t have to make any sacrifice to be accepted in the beloved. All you need to do is to believe on His name.
The truth is when a person accepts Jesus, he/she becomes accepted in the beloved. It’s imperative we become conscious that we are a part of God’s family and as a parent, He knows everyone of us by name.
You are beloved to God the exact same way Jesus is. The original Greek word for the word “accepted” is charitoo it means highly favored. You aren’t just accepted in the beloved; you are highly favored in the Beloved.
Confession: Glory to God I am accepted in the beloved, I am highly favored, greatly blessed, deeply loved by God. I am the apple of His eyes! Hallelujah!
