MAKE YOURSELF SAVIOURS OF MEN

“And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.”
Matt 4:19
Main Text: MAIN TEXT: Matthew 28:18-20

God does not call anyone to be a millionaire or a billionaire. In fact, one of the worst goals a person can have is to aim solely for wealth. Jesus Christ warned us about the deceitfulness of riches (Mark 4:19), cautioning us not to be led astray by material pursuits. Instead, God calls us to be fishers of men and to serve Him wholeheartedly. In Matthew 6:33, Jesus assures us that when we seek God's kingdom and His righteousness first, "all these things shall be added unto you." Therefore, do not work to be rich or strive to become a millionaire. Instead, work to be a savior of men, dedicating your efforts to bringing souls into the kingdom of God. This is your true calling, and everything else is secondary to the mission of saving lives for Christ.

God has called us to save men! Every day, souls are perishing, and we must do our part to ensure they find their way to heaven. Your salvation is not just for your own benefit—it comes with the responsibility to help others receive that same gift. Jesus, when speaking to Peter and Andrew, said, "Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men." This is the true calling for the church of God.

We must not devote ourselves to the pursuit of money, for prosperity does not come from hustling—it comes from God. When we follow the divine formula set by Him, we will experience true prosperity. To aim to be rich is a misguided and shallow vision. However, to aim to save souls is the greatest vision you can have for your life. This is the mission that God has entrusted to each of us, and it is the highest calling we can pursue.

Confession:

I declare that I am dedicated to soul winning; I am a savior of men! I win souls every day! I am blessed, and I flourish as a savior of men. Amen.
