THE PLACE OF THE WORD
“Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear"
Hebrews 11:3
Main Text:
The word of God is the believer’s greatest asset. Jesus Christ, the Word of God that was made to manifest in the flesh according to John 1:14 is the seed of our faith. Our salvation in Christ was by the same seed (Word). You have the same life as God Himself, because you're born of the Word—God's incorruptible seed (1 Peter 1:23).
Beloved, you're not born again of the biological blood of any man, nor of the flesh, but of the Almighty God (John 1:13). This is what makes your origin of divine nature and of course this cannot be understood by an unregenerated soul. 1 John 4:4 says, "Ye are of God, little children...," meaning that you hail from God; you're a partaker of the divine nature (2 Peter 1:4). What a privilege of noble regeneration we have!
The scripture is God's personal mail to you. The word is true and the only way to walk in this truth is to believe with the heart first, then speak it out. Our God is a faith God, we are God’s children and carry divine DNA, and therefore, we are faith people.
Right words are statements that agree with what Jesus did on the cross over 2000 years ago. A new testament has been blessed with the most precious gift ever - THE WORD!
God created the world with words, in the same vein, God expects us to create our world with words.
We have been blessed with the Zoe life, therefore, everything about us ought to be supernatural and in excess. The divine life is not to be managed, it is to be enjoyed and spread abroad. Everything about the New Testament believer must be a wonder. Jesus is not a killjoy. The Word of God is not boring, rather His word is what will set us on course in the fulfillment of our destiny.
Prayer: I receive the rhea of the Word to walk in the will of God
