DON’T IGNORE GODLY COUNSEL 1

“There are many devices in a man’s heart; nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand.”
Proverbs 19:21
Main Text:

Apart from hearing from the Almighty, one great asset that every believer must crave is the ability to “see” correctly in what is called, discernment of the spirit. You can only access the miraculous when you are sufficiently graced to see through the eyes of the spirit the provisions of God for your utmost deliverance and sustenance. “The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.Deuteronomy 29:29.

The treasures of heaven are not found on the surface, they abound in the depth of divine knowledge, counsel and wisdom.

Your ability to discover God’s stand in a situation of your life is a pointer to the fact that, you abide in His Word. God has plans for you but the revelation of these lofty plans is the greatest challenge of many people. While you run helter skelter, God is simply watching and waiting to see what will become of your human labour that is void of divine guidance” But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.” (1 Corinthians 2:9).

Man is so limited in everything. If you can only unravel the counsel of God for every situation of your life, you will discover there and then, that you are greatly loved and never abandoned. You are only frustrated when your mission on earth lacks divine touch and wise counsel. The frustration of so many businesses and destinies today came as a result of total dependence on human skills, stock market, forecast and expertise. No man can receive anything except it’s been given by the Lord. And for whatever you might have received from God showed, you walked in His counsel

Prayer: Father, open my eyes of understanding and grant me access to your counsel in life
